欣上舞有面向少儿、成人不同年龄段的教学课程。开设中国古典舞，汉唐舞，民族民间舞，芭蕾舞、现代舞的课程并辅有毯子功的培训。学校每年会选送学生参加地区以及全国性的舞蹈比赛，展示中国舞蹈风采，交流舞蹈技艺，提升舞蹈修养。
